Refund & Return Policy
At True Origins, we do not accept returns once products are sold. However, exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must raise a request within 2 days of delivery with photo/video proof. 
- 
Upon verification, we will offer a free exchange or replacement of the same item. 
- 
No refunds will be issued; only exchanges are allowed. 
- 
Products must be unused, with original packaging intact.
