4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days of purchase.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

  • An exception is made only in the case of damaged items:

    • Customers must provide video proof of unboxing clearly showing the damage.

    • The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

    • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Requests made after the 2-day window or without video proof will not be considered.
